Peer-to-peer on computers with administration accounts
I am currently using a computer with a fast internet connection but unfortunately most programmes cannot be installed because it only people on an administration account can install things on this programmes on this computer. This includes P2P. I have been able to donwload some other programmes such as MP3 Finder and Powertab onto a CD-r, but any programme that requires files to be installed on in the system folder wont install. Are there any peer-to-peer programmes which can be installed without having to access the system folder.

The zipped version of eMule might be what you want. DC++ no installer version too. Also the first version of Blubster was just an executable. Damn I used the word version alot.
