- Added: Self color preference for chats
- Added: Notice level preference (only for unopened windows)
and /set notice 0|1|2|3|4 for per-window settings
0: no notice in chat windows (***)
1: nick change notice
2: + join / leave notices + did not receive message notices
3: + invalid message notices
4: + status change notices
Set notice level to 3 if you want waste to work roughly
like it did before I put presence in it.
