Default A new (unreleased) anonymous p2p program

I thought you guys would like to know about a new anonymous p2p program which is being developed at Cornell University. It's called "Herbivore" and as of right now cannot be downloaded (although there is a mailing list so that you can find out when it is released.) Their website, which you can find here, has quite a bit of documentation on the program and I for one am looking forward to it's release.

According to their website, they called it "Herbivore" because:

"In 2000, to aid criminal investigations, the FBI began using Carnivore to monitor electronic communications on the Internet. The name Herbivore is a gentle reminder that there is a fine line between law enforcement and harassment."

More information about Carnivore and how it worked you can go here: http://www.howstuffworks.com/carnivore.htm/printable

Enjoy!

I have emailed the coders of Herbivore and have been told that it is in pre-release testing and should be out soon. So, you are right, there is no binary or source yet available; however, it is not old, just not yet released.
