actually, i was impressed with the Prez's reflexes. the shoes were hurled at his head from like 10 feet away and he dodged them neatly - didn't even looking particularly ruffled. i give him points for poise under fire

Funny thing is: If we get out now and Iran takes over, the Iraqis will say it is our fault.
If we stay longer, the Iraqis will say its our fault. F**k um, I say leave, everybody out by Christmas, and let the chip fall where they may....... |

um... yeh .. not the mental ward
ya smart-arsed pommy bastard a little bit touch and go not too many details but basically If I didn't bite the bullet this time and dial the 000 (911) for the paramedics... they said I probably would not of made to the morning anyway ..last night in there and I decide to watch some TV because I couldn't sleep .. I hadn't seen any news for days, totally missing this shoe throwing episode , so caught me completely off guard when I saw it about 3:00AM on sky news channel , naturally I involuntarily roared with laughter . eg. HAHAHAHA ...OH MY GOD HAHAHAHA waking the whole ward and had the nurses ask what happened.. they laughed also when I told them... but some of the others were grumbling a bit ( I don't blame them , eh ...but it just couldn't be helped... and besides the nurses are talking and laughing with each other most of the night anyway.. ) sorry for going off topic.. |
