Question Ad/Spyware-free Kazaa!? Help!

Does anyone have a link to a ad-free and spyware-free kazaa? Whenever i DL something and let's say I go to bed. Kazaa's pop-ups (only one) come up and it like freezes my DL's, thus getting nowhere in the 7 hour time it has. This has been happening a lot lately, and it's really pissing me off

Default <grumble, grumble>

Why do i have to keep jump starting my active dls with kazaa (kazaa lite 2.0).

I'm constantly babysitting my dls. With the mp3's you really don't notice it but with movies - it's extremely noticeable.

I thought the proggie automatically searches for more sources as they become available whether is searching for sources or searching for more sources? Guess not.

my guess is the client tries to balance the needs of the users with the needs of the network, so instead of constant queries (good for you - bad for network) it has some sort of algorithm that limits searches to save bandwidth. jaan would know more probably but i'll bet it's something like that.
