Is there any good & clean P2P for movies?
New pc w/120gb HD.
Ppl writes about Edonkey, Emule, DC etc. What do you movie-tards recommend? Tia theflaco |

I don't get the small versions, only the larger DVD rips (yes, I like the best quality) which average around 700 MB each.
Edonkey has by far the most DVD rips. But before I try and get one from that slow program, I check and see if it's on iMesh first. IMesh is the fastest by a long shot. Beware of the spyware that comes with iMesh tho. There's a clean version, that has no spyware at all. You might as well get as many P2P's as you can. Try eDonkey/eMule/Overnet and use the same temp/incoming folders for all of them so you can resume in the other programs if necessary. Ditto for iMesh/Kazaalite. When you get alot of movies to share try a movie hub on DC.

you can get movies on soulseek too. sometimes a user will have almost nothing but movies in the folders and sometimes they'll roll in fast.

IRC is pretty good for downloading movies - there are a couple of pretty big movie servers in #fserv on ctcp.
