Yes, I know the terrorists are now targeting Iraqi citizens. They're trying to fill the void that the Fedayeen Saddam have vacated. Hell, there were about thirty or forty thousand Fedayeen when we invaded, there's no way they've all been captured or killed and they're probably the ones stiring up so much trouble now. So yes, Iraqis are killing Iraqis, but this time the government isn't the culprit; their guns aren't pointed at innocent civilians anymore. To be precise, Iraq's enemies are criminals, some of whom happen to be Iraqis.
