Working on v0.2 rite now and got some pretty good ideas for v0.3 and v0.4

v0.3 is going to deal with improving the DAT repairer, indy's work into startfiles have highlighted some of its shortcomings to me

v0.4 should make MorpheusX a lot more intelligent by actually reading the download info, will mean it will be able to not refresh paused downloads for example
