Hi Gary,

This error occurs when the maximum connections on the mysql server is
reached. We increased the maximum number of connections allowed. Please
let us know if you run in to any other problems.

Fixed.... (hopefully), I have also enabled a flood check to limit multiple postings all at once.

This should further assist in the processing.

The limit on the flood check is currently at 120seconds.

This will be reduced to an optimal level of about 60 seconds or less as we see how the board functions.
