Trying to Find Song - P2P-Zone

I need help finding a song. I don't know anything except how it sounds like. It's a hip-hop song. All i really know is that the hook has a woman singing. She's singing something then the beat goes da da-da da-da and then she says "What's going on? What's going on?". Any ideas?
