Arrow desperately in need of song recommendations

i need some suggestions for songs to download...

right now i'm liking eels, dropkick murphys, green day, boy hits car - man without skin and cake - commissioning a sympnony in c. lol, i know these songs are quite varied between punk, rock and pop, but if you have any suggestions, please post them. but please only recommend music from this type of genre... i don't want songs like silence by delerium and that techno stuff. not that it's bad, it's just not what i'm in the mood for.

so please! help me discover some new music to download.

thanx guys

(Stop me if you've heard any of these, but you haven't mentioned them, so off I go)
The Pixies are an early 90s punk/rock band who influenced lots of other groups. "Where Is My Mind" seems to be their most popular track (on winmx), you may remember it from the finale of Fight Club (when everything's 'ok' )
I like The Stone Roses too, the foundations of britpop mixed with 70s-y music at times.
If you like Green day then it's a short jump to the offspring, maybe you'd prefer some of the earlier smash-era stuff. More punky than the stuff you see on MTV (or the video channel of your choice) nowadays.
The Presidents of the United States of America are (were? I haven't heard of them since their debut, more or less) a nice compromise between pop/rock/punk, check out said self titled debut.
Wire (i have three girl rhumba and it's a funny song - lyrics and it clocks in at around 1m30s)

I got more but I think that's enough for now... if no one else answers I can always come back, don't want to swamp ya

Enjoy New Stuff!

If you like the punk/pop genre (a la Green Day), check out Sum 41

It’s not so much of a problem and it’s nothing to be ashamed of, it’s just a condition. In fact mine is good because it means my brain is getting bigger too. But not that Travolta guy, his head is mostly fat. The doctors said I am much smarter than John Travolta and I believe them.

If you are brave enough to try some Icelandic Hip-Hop, grab Quarashi's 'Stick 'em Up'.

New stuff, been hearing it on the radio here a lot lately. Good stuff.
