yes, they're the full album (normally anyway - i don't know about those specific files).

but -

while the file contains the entire cd, it does not carry the index points so there is no individual cueing of songs. your d/l is one big mp3 that contains all the tunes but navigating it is more difficult than cueing a cassette.

there is a program that will package all the seperate songs into one mp3 album for d/l ing, but few are using it yet.

- js.

edit: ALBW is one - i didn't notice it just then in your screen shot, and there's a new one out too.

I've used CDEX to rip over 100 full album cuts, I do agree with Jack that there's no easy way to play any selected song on the MP3, it's just like one long song as far as the computer is concerned.
One hint when looking for the complete album MP3 look at the file size, about 60 % of the hits you get are incomplete or are singles some has named with "complete album" or "entire album" in the name.
If you want to use Cdex to rip full albums just look in their FAQ, gives the instructions.

The full album cuts I've burned don't have index points in them, so you don't show the tracks and the player only thinks you've got one track on the CD. I use these for the " let's load up the box and let it play for a few hours"

me too. i have all the beatles albums burned to cd that way and i give them out to friends. they sound great as wavs and they're fun to listen to, you just don't want to cue the individual songs - it'll drive you nuts. perfect for driving, the beach, jogging...

you can use eac to do just that by telling it to copy/rip the cd as an image

Schmooky, would it be right that if you copy a full album mp3 onto a cd. You play that cd and it will have only one long track. But by using EAC and and having it rip as an image, the software then adds index pointers so that when you play those tracks on the cd, it will add them to the cd so that you can select individual tracks?

Or you can find a cuesheet at:

http://www.regeert.nl/cuesheet/

and use it with

CDRCue Cuesheet Editor + CDRWIN

Works great for me when make cd from large mp3-files!

when you rip a cd as an image with eac, it doesn't add any track markers in the wav itself. it will generate a cuesheet to accompany that wav, storing track index and track markers. without the cuesheet, when you burn that cd image to cd, you will get one long track. in the case of mp3s- decode the mp3 to wav, and write a cuesheet (using notepad) to split it. use a cusheet capable cd burning program to put the image on cd
