Interesting, articulate, and well-thought out commentaries from the public on various sections of the DMCA, as published by the US Copyright Office on Friday.

These are all the best arguments about whats wrong with the DMCA, in one neat little package.

I'd like to think someone is really listening but so often these "public input" sessions are just little dog-and-pony shows...nevertheless, it's heartening to read the views of some very bright people expressing common sense points of view about the terminally flawed DMCA.
