does Becks latest song sound like Eno ? - P2P-Zone

Hope someone knows what song I mean because not sure what its called
it sounds like something from 'another green world' or 'before and after science'
still not a bad tune in its own right ..but evrytime i hear it it reminds of some Eno track

Is it Girl you're talking about? You might attribute the Eno reminicent sound to the Dust Brothers who produced Guero (Odelay too). Their career is very similar to Eno's, 'cept that they started a decade later than he did.

I've heard that the lyric sheet included with the album doesn't actually tell you what he's saying. It says something like "my **** girl." Is it my sauna girl? My soma girl? Mice on a girl? More catchy gibberish from the master.

It's all good. But try singing along saying 'mice on a girl.' It sounds closer than anything else I've tried.
