Is the RIAA only going after people who are sharing alot of mp3s or are they going after downloaders too?

download all you want, but if you leave RIAA material on your hdd for others to get from you, you're eligible for the reverse lottery.

I got hit by Sony/RIAA a month ago. No fine, but I was told that I must delete all copyrighted material and never get caught again.

I believe my ISP (RR) turned me in.
