winmx suffers severly from not being capable of maintaining a stable network to CPU connection therefore suffering with severe packet loss and dropped connections. They need to learn how to utilize the basics of networks before releasing such a demanding client...

Not here. Have you tried making a secondary connection instead of a primary one?
