Hi

I was wondering if it's safe to crack the new pay to use (and spyware free) versions out there.

I'm interested in the spyware version's of BearShare (Pro), Napster & the new KaZaA.

reverse engineer?

not so sure about if its 'safe' or not ..make a backup first

There's no need to crack Bearshare because their latest betas are spyware free. K-Lite 2.6 is better than the pay version already anyway(albeit slightly buggy). Napster is different because it's a pay service and I doubt it's been cracked yet.

what i mean by crack is to enter a cracked serial / key code into BearShare Pro (Unliminted Licence) so I get the ad free version.

Napster and Kazaa were just an after thought but it's mainly BearShare Pro that i'm interested in.

I do have the last version of Kazaa Lite 2.4.3 but most of the music i download is f***ed up! It sounds like a very ill dial up modem!

That's why i'm looking for a new p2p

but your screwed up music files..sound like something different...

changing you fastrack/gnuttella client wont stop you from getting the fakes..
