There is legal music swapping program called Wippit and it seems good till you search for a song and cannot find it. It sounds good because its legal and music industry approved and its only $49 a year or $6 a month. I think Wippit will be great if they will get more deals from more record labels and they plan on doing so and they also plan on offering games and software to download. I mean come on only $49 for a year of unlimited downloads is not bad. I think if you send emails to Wippit telling them to improve there program with more music offers from more record labels it will be a good service since you may share what you downloaded from the service to make more offerings to users thats the good part that you get to share the music that you downloaded.
