Big Laugh Name that song - 2x

I'm trying to identify a couple of songs, and I'm hoping Napsterites can help me out.

1) A classic rock song with the chorus, "It's alright," which is repeated throughout the whole song.

2) Song from this PETA commercial:
http://www.realimpact.net/rihurl.ram...ble/fixcat.smi

Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance

The first one might be "1970" by The Stooges

Nope, it's not rap and it's not Bon Jovi. The song I'm looking for really is a classic rock song!

Good guess, but not the song I'm looking for. The chorus for my song is simply, "It's alright." No "I'm feelin alright."

Wild guesses:

"It's Alright" by the Impressions, 60's R&B
"But It's Alright" by Huey Lewis and the News

LOL, nope. I definitely remember there being GUITARS in the background of the song I'm looking for. That's why it's CLASSIC ROCK!

Hehe, I'm just joking with ya. Thanks for the suggestions

No, the chorus for that song is "We are young... feeling alright." The chorus for the song I'm looking for is simply, "It's alright." Nice try though.

Keep em comin!

Default long shot

'Well Alright' ? (was written by Buddy Holly) the artist that Im thinking of escapes me just now :'( arrgghh....more coffee needed!

Well alright, so I've been foolish
Well alright, let people know
The dreams and the wishing that we dream
In the night when the lights are low

Well alright, well alright
You know we're live and love with all our might
Well alright, well alright

You know our night time love's gonna be alright
Well alright, so I'm not working
Well alright, let people say
That foolish kid's not ready
For the love that comes his way

Well alright, well alright
You know we're living love with all our might
Well alright, well alright

You know our night time love's gonna be alright
Well alright, I've been foolish
Well alright, let people know
The dreams and the wishing is that we dream
In the night when the lights are low

Well alright, well alright
You know we're living love with all our might
Well alright, well alright

You know our night time love's gonna be alright
You know our night time love's gonna be alright
You know our night time love's gonna be alright
You know our night time love's gonna be alright

well, i heard this song the other morning, when my alarm went off and towards the end of the song, it really does repeat, "alright".
i think this is what nappy is talking about.
and it's mos def "classic rock".
i know he said it is "throughout' the song, but the end goes on for quite a bit, whilst repeating, "alright".

And thanks to everyone else who tried, as well. This was harder than I thought!
