with the confusion among lawmakers and the threats of huge back-payments to the riaa silencing most us-based webcasters, it gets harder and harder to find good broadcasts on the internet. but they're out there all the same, even if they've moved offshore. america may be ceding the future of communications to its' neighbors but you wouldn't know it by listening. it's not your grandpappy's cat's whisker, it's the internet afterall, so the headwaters of these streams might as well be next door.
