My wife was born in southern Mexico and like the rest of my family came to the US legally.

The nature of the internet dictates that everyone gets exposed to 95% US political news, nothing new in that .It has always been that way ( for the last 10 years anyway).

So there are plenty of people like me that have aquired an interest in US politics over time, while lots get beaten down by headkickers like you..
