A faster firewall. Good, but what we really need is an effective small block list. The PG list that has 3000 plus blocks is insane, especially since 60% of the IPs on the list don't need to be blocked.

well its up to you what to block u may customize that list
in blocklist manager but those 3500 ranges (its only 400 000 000 millions ips) are not just because those are fakers ips and riaa anti p2p coperating organisations moreover i do not think that they are sharing interesting stuff on p2p networks!!! for example FBI ,CIA, RIAA,ADOBE... just look http://www.peerguardian.net/pgipdb/guarding.p2p i personally block about (2 000 000 000 ip adresess (50% of whole internet) and i do not have any problems with downloading!) which of those 3500 IP ranges you consider as safe? maybe its possible to create only napster enemies list ? feel free please post bad ip s for your network only!
