Security Update
An security exploit in the windows GUI client has been fixed there is a patched version on the download page now. That is the only thing that has changed from v35.16.60. Thanks to Shane Hird for pointing it out to us.

Maybe a good time to upgrade your version.

It's been awhile since I used eDonkey... last time I used it was for downloading a WinXP ISO

Are the network problems from a few weeks/months ago fixed now? Will it connect to the network with the server list that comes with the installer?

ocbMaurice (of Maurices Server List fame) has an Autoupdater for eDonkey.

server.met autoupdater 3:

Version 3 (final) of the Autoupdater. This archive just includes the core-files,
you need to run update.bat after extracting all files to your edonkey directory.

download an auto-updater for your server.met (windows)

I use the server.met autoupdater 3 myself, and have a fresh list of servers everytime I start the Donkey...
