Greenwich Mean Time - P2P-Zone

I hate to question those in authority, but I think there's an error in the GMT time quoted. GMT = EST + 5 hours, or Australian ESDST minus 11 hours. These figures don't equate with the GMT time quoted at the foot of the peer to peer page, or maybe I'm in error (but on this occasion, I don't think so?)

Probably due to a failure to adjust to daylight saving time in North America.

You would think so, but if you set to the correct GMT, and add an hr. for DST, the local time on the forum page becomes 2 hrs behind. So instead of getting the hour back, it falls 1 hr further behind.
