Subtitled - A Collection Of Pre-10cc Strawberry Studio Recordings 1969-1972. Eric Stewart & Graham Gouldman set up Strawberry Studios in 1968 & went onto record under various guises, especially for bubblegum kings Kasenatz Katz, before forming 10cc. 23 tracks including many that are new to CD. Includes full-color fold-out sleeve with extensive liner notes, photos & other memorabilia. Castle. 2003.

trippy, i love 10cc, but i dont think they really hit it till The Original Soundtrack.

have any of you ever seen an album godley and cream-
consequenses
(i think it was a rare 3 album set -with one record all music (tracks were earth ,wind ,fire ,water)
the other 2 were demonstraion of a guitar type synth called "gizmo")

i have been looking around for that online for some years..
one of these days i might be even forced to rip it from a cassette
(if it still works )

Hi multi--
It's not that rare, there's a copy on soulseek right now. It's Godley & Creme "Consequences". I remember the Gizmo--it was an attachment to your guitar bridge which created some kind of strange strumming and allowed you to get bowed orchestral sounds. Pressing a button sort of 'bowed' the string you were playing. Those 2 guys invented it.

BTW, one of the Bubblegum bands listed (American Breed -- "Bend Me Shape Me") had two of its members move on to become founders of Rufus, featuring Chaka Khan.

i probably asked about it here before..

but i remember Chaka Khan's rufus band from the 70's
she was like the Beyonce of time i reckon
