Default snark bait

from aol tv, no less. no doubt, a crowd of heavy thinkers weighed in on this one....

i can see why Reagan would make the top ten...but Clinton? and Bush? and Elvis Presley , as the 8th Greatest American?

when i think of greatest Americans, i think of people like Thomas Jefferson or Thomas Edison or Albert Einsten or even Bill Gates - great minds ahead of their times, who's ideas changed everything.

Jefferson, Edison, Einstein, and Gates are all in the top 25.

Period. They can all take their DRM, broadcast flags, rootkits, and Compact Discs that aren’t really compact discs and shove them up their bottom-lines.

all somewhere lower on the list than a dead druggie rock icon (who arguably owes his fame and fortune to Edison's inventions) - go figure.
