NEW YORK (CNN/Money) - Just as legal music downloading is taking off in earnest, the major record labels are in talks to raise the price they charge online retailers for song downloads, a newspaper reported Monday.

Guess the music industry doesn't learn from previous mistakes?

On the bright side, Russian prosecutors have looked the county's copyright laws over and determined there will be no charges leveled at allofmp3.com.

10 cent songs still beat out the buck.
