You know it is getting to the point where most can just vote for bigger paychecks for themselves. I'm now an advocate of not letting govm'nt workers vote on budget matters or bond issues. It is a simple matter of conflict of interest. What do you think? It seems logical to me. But then again, 'dem smilies have warped my teeny mind.
