Hehe, been doing that on WinMX since before the WPNP days. Most of the OpenNAP servers were too slow and unstable to trust a trade to them, a broken download would almost never resume unless you were there to babysit it. With WPNP it's even worse; when you reconnect you get a different user name. If anything, trading outside the P2P networks is more common than it used to be, even as the networks get better.
