The cat is out of the bag now, but they have to be seen doing something. Any hackers that wanted to download the source have already done so, and expect exploits for 'older' software, like IE 5, or stuff MS didn't feel was worthy of auditing or fixing, leaking into the underground and the wild over the next 6 months. Nto a good time to be Microsoft.
