Some news on Ad-aware
For those Napsterites who have been concerned about the lack of recent updates on Ad-aware, here's some news which puts a new light on the situation:
http://www.lavasoftsupport.com/index...=ST&f=1&t=1868 so it looks as if we shall just have to be patient a little longer, doen't it?

I hope you've been using Spybot Search and Destroy since Adaware has become neutered. This is better than Adaware anyway. Spyware is more insidious than ever!

And Ad-aware has finally introduced an update
But, thanks to napho, I shall not bother to re-install Ad-aware's new version - SpyBot S&D is light years better, so I'm sticking with it

Just got the notice last night installed and came up empty
It is alot faster in scanning with alot more options and features. With the plus version the new adwatch is now a registry watcher for trojans etc. A definate improvement to bad I can't find anything?? http://lavasoft3.element5.com/ Spybot S&D musta been working |
