Police hold soldier suspected of faking his own abduction
By Roni Singer-Heruti, Haaretz Correspondent

Police arrested Wednesday evening an Israel Defense Forces soldier, 19, suspected of falsely reporting that he had been abducted.

On Wednesday morning police went on high alert following reports on the infiltration of a would-be suicide bomber to Israel. A few hours later a soldier told police that he spotted in Herzliya a vehicle that matches the description of the car allegedly used by the terrorist.

A short time later a soldier called police, said he was being kidnapped and hung up. Police received yet another call some time later from a man who presented himself as a civilian, saying he had seen a soldier being forcibly taken into a car at the Herzliya train station...
Due to the fact that Hezbollah never released videos or pics of the 2 kidnapped IDF soldier showing them in good health or dead makes me suspicious of the highjacking claim. Usually, they are some news of kidnapped victims since they plan to exchange them against lebanese prisonners. Highly unsual that there are no news yet about those 2 birds.

Think the only reason this whole mess is happening is because Israel needs water desperatly and is hellbent in securing Lebanon water source for themselves. That Kidnapping gave them the excuses they neded to launch their offensive against Libanon.

More on their drinkable water problems

River Jordan 'nearly running dry'

The river Jordan is in danger of disappearing altogether under pressure from huge water diversion programs, an environmental group has warned.

More than 90% of the water is being diverted by Israel, Jordan and Syria, Friends of the Earth Middle East say.

The group have called on the governments in the region to take immediate action to save the river.

The river is also heavily polluted and now contains 20% untreated sewage, the organisation says.

The 1994 Israeli-Jordanian peace treaty obliges both governments to protect the Jordan "against any pollution, contamination or harm".

At a conference on an island on the river this week the Israeli, Palestinian and Jordanian governments recognised the scale of the problem, but promised no specific action to deal with it.

"We don't think this is good enough," Gidon Bromberg of Friends of the Earth Middle East told the BBC News website.

"In the last 10 years the governments have done nothing - in fact they've made the problem worse."...

Water is Life, without water, nothing can grow yet alone survive. Israel knows that and they are running out of it.
