Diana Anaid
Usually I just like Punk Rock, but I heard the song 'Leaving the Country' by Diana Anaid on ABC radio a few years back, and her voice really made an impression. If I thought 'voice of an angel', I would think of that song. She doesn't look half bad either Many of her songs aren't anywhere near so angelic, but it's still good stuff, e.g. the song 'I go off' is pretty wild, she just cuts sick...but the voice she does for 'Leaving the Country' is pretty special IMO. Her album has some really good songs, there are samples available on this page, including the 'Leaving the Country' track: http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg...l/-/B0001O3YNK |
