megamultimixCD
i have made a music CD
so i thought i would ask for a few ideas in a few of the forums..... no tracks just one 1hr and 5min mp3 of a whole heap of my mixed electronic stuff some remixed stuff from some of my mixes the mp3 is 70meg 128k also have made a .wma that sounds ok that is 35meg...65k 65mins so it fits on a cd just nice the thing is how should i go about releasing it on the net... make a page for it i guess would be a start host the mp3 somewhere.. stream the .wma from somewhere or make the cd at home for a small price with a mailing and postage charge...? or maybe all those ideas.... (i even made a video of one of the tracks thats 12meg or so..) it is my brand of quirky dancy electronic stuff with that has moments of ambience..and hiphop even used a few samples from the CTCP chat....(; dont know what to call it.. was thinking of something cheesy like Western Electronic should probably call it multimegamix or megamultimix...hehe n e way if any one reads this....or if theres any suggestions..... |

People are always releasing stuff on the emule/edonkey/overnet networks. Getting some space on a site like Sharereactor means multi goes platinum. Also seeding it on Bittorrent is an option...after all it IS goldie's favourite non leaching p2p.

Here's a tracker (server) where you can upload stuff. I don't know the precise details of labelling but it's a start. http://bittorrent.bounceme.net/index.php?action=upload Also you can upload to a newsgroup. Something like alt.binaries.sounds.mp3.electronic for example. |
