Some might say that's no bad thing.
Not me of course. I did pick this out from multi's post. It doesn't make any sense. "At the end of the day, I believe fully the president is doing the right thing, and I think all we need is some attacks on American soil like we had on [Sept. 11, 2001]," If Bush "is doing the right thing"? Then there should be no more attacks. Or is that the point being made by multi? Strange people, some of them there republicans.

Bush is fighting a movement dedicated to eventually conquering the U.S. and placing everyone on earth under islamic dictatorship. But because it's not presently attacking U.S. territory a lot of people would rather ignore the threat then fight and defeat it while it's weak, and more attacks on America would change their attitudes.

The thing about this 'war,' pisser, is that we don't have to win it, we just have to not lose it and that'll be good enough. You can debate whether we're losing it but instead you're waisting your time telling us we can't win. Why state the obvious?
Our enemies can't win either. Hey, maybe you should tell them, it might save us all a lot of trouble. |

I don't think so. But just because 74% of people don't like him, doesn't make him wrong. It's seems to me he got elected on a big vote,so it follows that bad judgement on the part of the American people is to blame. They had their chance and put him back in. The left can moan as much as they like. Who was their alternative?Kerry? Come on. Bush would not have got my vote, but then again neither would Kerry. But as I live in the UK I didn't get a vote. Just my point of view of course. I'd like to add that it seems both sides seem entrenched in their views and no common sense is being applied at all. That's the really sad part about it all.
