Microsoft sets software sights on China
"The software industry in China is not very well developed from the standpoint of a multinational company, and also in terms of a local player," Steve Ballmer told the Hong Kong Chamber of Commerce. "Our challenge is try to be a positive partner with the Chinese government in helping them figure out what are the right steps to take for the Chinese software industry.''
