take all your overgrown infants away somewhere and build them a home a little place of their own
the fletcher memorial home for incurable tyrants and kings and they can appear to themselves every day on closed circuit t.v. to make sure they're still real it's the only connection they feel "ladies and gentlemen, please welcome reagan and haig mr. begin and friend mrs. thatcher and paisley mr. brezhnev and party the ghost of mccarthy the memories of nixon and now adding colour a group of anonymous latin- american meat packing glitterati" did they expect us to treat them with any respect they can polish their medals and sharpen their smiles, and amuse themselves playing games for a while boom boom, bang bang lie down you're dead safe in the permanent gaze of a cold glass eye with their favourite toys they'll be good girls and boys in the fletcher memorial home for colonial wasters of life and limb is everyone in? are you having a nice time? now the final solution can be applied please welcome Saddam Hussien! Rumsfeld and Cheney! |

Not the same Album, but I thought it interesting in how the guys have aged and evolved and considering everything they did as the original group was a "Concept Album" or work in progress..
I taped a really good TV interview a while back and found it excellent -Pink Floyd Dark Side of the Moon ....what an incredible insight from the lads. To see these guys in 2004 and hear what they say for real about the "old times" (1970's) was unreal, imo very special. anyone else seen it? -gaz |

Like that is a suprise mate anyway.. This is a short sample of the "Dark Side of the Moon" Documentary I'm talking about and it's offered here for "education purposes" only! I recorded this small sample VID using massive compression and limited audio settings with XP etc etc, ....so plz lemme know if it works for ya. (btw, yep multi I think ur right... tho have a look to confirm) sample of Dark Side of the Moon ...a Documentary) ...(right click "save as" ) ...enjoy. Of course there may be higher Q versions around... if one was to ask by PM. |
