Due to the overwhelming response, I just thought it would be fair to warn everyone that at this rate, my 500 mb of free monthly bandwidth on this site will be used up by the year 2028.
p.s. multi, that would indeed be a rare item |

For those of you who may have been disoriented by the blazing, almost dial-up intensity of the speeds of the downloads on the page, I have updated it with links to a real server, provided by our own dear Norm.
Thanks again Norm For those still overwhelmed by more than a single click, here are those links: right click, save target as 01-RADIO PROMETHEUS 4:34 02-CHERUBIM 3:32 Featuring grafted loops from Gutrguy, who either never checks his PMs or is trying to avoid acknowledging my appropriations. 03-REFLECTIONS OF A TRANSPARENT MAN 2:47 04-DR. CHANG 3:38 05-DECADE 3:49 06-WOLVES 4:49 07-CENOTAPH 4:59 08-SOMEWHERE OUTSIDE OF UMM QASR 3:37 Featuring CNN's own Aaron Brown. 09-YOU 3:08 More coming soon. |

Please feel at liberty to set them free Jack. (and anyone else) It'd be interesting to know how many people and on what apps people are finding and downloading things they've never heard of, if that sort of thing still ever happens at all. It seems without the old Napster-style device of appending elaborate "sounds like" to the titles, people can only find them by accident, and it's a truly adventuresome soul who would download them, but I'm all about it.
And maybe you could edit the tags, if it wouldn't be too much trouble, to include the url of the above site, which people might refer to for info, lyrics, images etc. |

you are most welcome!
my pleasure, literally! my favorites as it stands are (in order) 9. You (it almost seems as if you captured my own thoughts in this song - very moving to me) 8. Somewhere Outside Umm Qasr (amazing sound journal of something i was heavily steeped in - the Iraq Attack) 7. Cenotaph (nice groove, sensual and provocative) can you tell i started listening from the end of the album first!!? lol i'm sure the rest will end up as favorites also, they just haven't had their fair share of speaker time yet I do like the fact that these songs are shorter than some of your previous works.....i do side with the labels idea that a 3-5 minute song is plenty long enuff in most cases.....it might be Attention Deficit on my part, although, that seems to encourage my experimental listening to new sounds edit: GutterGuy did the guitar on Cheribum!!?? nice.....

Gutrguy: It's a small sample, used twice. (The first instance is somewhat disguised because it happened to correspond harmonically to a string section sample passage of Stravinsky.) Anyway, I just like to give credit where credit is due.
Norm, I think your tastes are... very establishment. Yesterday on the way to work I heard You on the local college station, and a friend told me they played Cenotaph the other day. |

exellent
could be done a few differnt ways i reckon. could 1 of us do a basic beat and post it..(or if u could get into waste directly)someone does a mix up of that with some sparse synth or bass some guitar..doesnt have to have vox .. verse chorus set up but could do.. or some voice samples.. we could have a jazz jam even.. any one out there play any horn? j/k use acid maybe to mix the mp3 and add some more.. heres a little wav i was just playing with i make with a few synths.. see what you can add to that... its only little 30k or so slow it down turn it backwards..do wha t u like to that.. we can play with loops or construct a whole song.. |
