I still fail to see what exactly charging the Fasttrack founders and or company itself will do to help the music industry? They tried it in Europe and failed already.... now the attempt to sling U.S. law several thousand miles away to stop them??
So if found guilty they will be arrested? Forced to pay a settlement? Doubt it! the RIAA flat out is getting their ass beat lately! As long as the company "Sharman" keeps moving and or being sold they can only keep filing lawsuits with little effect.

They'll never be found as long as they stay put as sextoys in TG's dungeon.
