Well, it's a reach, but I finally figured out why the Grateful Dead's "Truckin'" popped into my head when you asked.

pb8, I've taken that Amtrak train, "The City of New Orleans" many a time, and I *always* think of that Arlo Guthrie song. I've been known to pack my harmonica along and have a little fun playing cards and music down in the cafe car.
