I put together a quick website that basically has the "how to" I posted above. The difference is that it has screen shots of the DOS window and I hope it makes it easier for everyone to learn. I did a little editing but the directions are pretty much the same.

I have another question for you. I was testing the tools out a little more and I noticed it created a startfile of a movie I already deleted. I wonder if this is a bug? Anyhow, it's not a big deal because users can always delete the startfile. The programs work pretty well so far. Now only if you can get someone to create a GUI for you...the programs would be perfect after that.
