Bleeping Audiognome just snuck in a quickie!
Update to Version 1.0.160 (aka 160).
I had no warnings or anything, lost all my customized server lists, they've added a stupid Gnome Shared folder(grrr.......) ....................... I'm still looking for the "What We've Added/Improved" pages - so far haven't found a thing. You'll also have to enter in all your log on data all over again. Darn, I can't add or delete paths either!! WTF. Maybe you guys can tell me this is just a freak thing that just happened to me? P.S. to Snarkie - I just dl'd beta 2 but didn't install yet. The part where it said the 2 networks were not connected halted me in my tracks. I'm also having wierd things happening to my open nap servers "finding" and "logging" in. Buggy or Baited, don't know but I DO know I like it about as much as you at this point ! |

Audiognome 160 is a step back for AudioGnome. While the few added features that people wanted were nice there was also some other features that were not wanted.
Version 160 is buggy and as you mention changed to many things. The release of 160 I feel was a bit rushed out there were several issues that you mention being discussed by the testers prior to the release as well as many more. 1. You will not find a change log! 2. I currently suggest to back up profiles regularly as 160 seems to go corrupt more often than other versions. 3. Current suggested version by me is 145.

I have tried several times to upload it to the net but I keep timing out to my sites ftp. "me love dialup" I know of no known links to 145 currently up and working right now. I have put Audiognome 145 full.exe up on WinmX 2.6 network right now. Give that a try I have to step out for awhile be back laterz to see if I can get you a link? Slow upload and file is about 5 meg

It’s not so much of a problem and it’s nothing to be ashamed of, it’s just a condition. In fact mine is good because it means my brain is getting bigger too. But not that Travolta guy, his head is mostly fat. The doctors said I am much smarter than John Travolta and I believe them. |
