The MusicCity Regulars
it's been just over a year since they lit up the boards at musiccity and if you're like me you probably miss them a little, or maybe even more than a little. it's been posted before but again here's the attic, or what's left of the streamcast morpheus forums as preserved by the people at the webarchive.
a lot of us had a great time and did great work there, so it drives me a little bit crazy that this is all we've got but then at least we've got this much. enjoy, and give yourselves a pat on the back for a job well done. http://web.archive.org/web/*/cgi-bin...networks.com/* - js. |

Okay, got THAT outta my system
Screw Streamcast
One important thing came out of this; JS turned me on to the Napsterites Underground Forums. These forums feel like an old comfy bathrobe on a cold winter's day. Miss it, sure a little - but if it wasn't for THAT forum closing, I'd never had gotten the chance to meet new friends!!! NU and NU P2P ROCKS!! Btw, Happy Anniversary to you Morpheus forum guys (and gals)!! One year of knowing you peeps has been nothing but a joy! |

Went there when they first openned after having to restore my registry from the poor excuse for software they released
Gave them a few choice words and clicked the X in the top right corner of my screen and never went back |

hmmm....i just found something out that I was not aware of before...I never knew any of you guys/gals before coming here but in reviewing some webpages I had archived (some but only a very minute few) were from the Old Morpheus boards and I found a few that had a lot of youse guys knicknames in them they also had some good info...if I can figure out how to copy and paste the info I will try to post here....
btw how does html work in this board? Can I just enter the normal commands? or do I have to use a different code....one thing i'd like to know is does the board support iframes? here is a test. <iframe src="http://www.google.com/"></iframe> here is another test using the weird looking brackets: [iframe src="http://www.google.com/"][/iframe] In the preview it shows that it did not work... oh well...live and learn I always say. Greetings 2 Jack Spratts btw and hello Buzz! |

Sometimes I also miss our old forum.......then I remember how shitty they were to us. One word - blue men!! I also owe JS a big thank you for turning me on to this board. I am glad a few of us Musiccity brats made it over here, and are still thriving and irritating the hell out of people from time to time. I'm with GR, (greath bathrobe analogy) Perhaps that board going into the was truly a blessing in disguise. I love the people, the topics and atmosphere over here. Thanks for the continued hospitality NU!!

Timmy,
The napsterites forum is quite diffrent from kaZaA's. Allot of html tricks are disabled, for good reason. Embeding counters etc. |
