If I could only download 10 songs by The Velvet Underground...
... what should they be?
One of those bands I've heard stuff by and liked, but never really got round to getting tracks by them. Hoping some of you VU-fan Napsterites could give some ideas where to start. (PS Yes I know the 'only 10' is a false restriction; but please humour me) |

I guess you could start with Sweet Jane, right? And thinking of VU always gets Run Run Run in my head. Otherwise I'm afraid I can't narrow it down to 10, I have this CD but haven't really 'consumed' it enough yet.

All great songs mentioned so far. "I found a reason" is a really sweet song too.
