p2p minimalism: two p2p progs in 15 and 9 lines
As a proof of concept (of the difficulty of regulating peer-to-peer applications), Edward Felten posted a p2p-prog written in python that is only 15 lines of code.
As a response, Matthew Skala wrote a p2p-prog called MoleSter, written in Perl that is only 9 lines of code and uses only the TCP protocol library. Fun stuff. It seems that there is a competition now This is also on slashdot (there are some funny comments worth reading there as well) : http://developers.slashdot.org/artic...&tid=156&tid=1 btw: Hello All
