I’ve been a little down because today my doctor diagnosed me with John Travolta Syndrome. It’s a condition where your face or head grows laterally, getting wider year by year. It’s not so much of a problem and it’s nothing to be ashamed of, it’s just a condition. In fact mine is good because it means my brain is getting bigger too. But not that Travolta guy, his head is mostly fat. The doctors said I am much smarter than John Travolta and I believe them. |

Funny, I was sick to the very death of Slim Shady before I had even heard it in its entirety the first time.
There is a mysterious but seemingly fundamental law of nature which holds that my favorite songs are never overplayed in the media. In fact they never seem to be played at all. But yeah, I do it to myself fairly regularly. For instance, when Strange Little Girls came out, it was all I could listen to for months and now it could be another year yet before I need to hear it again. |

I agree with daddydirt and Shani. "Stairway to Heaven" is way overplayed, and it sickens me to listen to it now.

Another vote for Stairway to Heaven. I remember too, in the 70's, making a promise to myself that from that moment on, whenever I heard the opening chords to More Than a Woman by the Beegees, I would immediately turn the station! I would never, ever, ever subject myself to that song again.

When will they stop playing the Doors?
They're the reason I really stopped listening to clasic rock
