Most of those are either innocent sample files, system files for VBS, a couple are just files with the string vbs in the file name, but one file in particular "2. eudora/attach/
annakournikova.jpg.vbs, 2853 bytes" most definitely falls in the "Nasty Infection" category...
A properly set up system should never have allowed that attachment to have been saved...
