And to boot, that Sharereactor forum also lists a link to download the Microsoft .NET framework needed to execute Flock:

I'd like to stress that there is great controversy about why Flock was built based on .NET, which is after all not a finished product yet. I personally am not bothering with Flock at the moment because I do not want to install .NET on my machine at this time.
