From 2.1 it integrated a shoutbox, i noticed alot of people complainging they couldnt connect.

When i originally made the installer it only included the main executable, now, is the reason it cannot connect because i didnt add anything to the installer to edit the registry?
Since this is a hack of Grokster, and I use Morpheus/tFC-Refo Search, I am guessing that must be why I can't get your program to connect...

I was looking at my registry and see that it has added a Grokster section, but that it doesn't include

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Grokster\ConnectionInfo\KazaaNet
or

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Grokster\network_config

sections, so it doesn't even know how or what to connect to...

It also created a shortcut to C:\Program Files\ieX-media\My ieX-Media which doesn't exist? (There is no such sub-folder!!)

The update2.2.exe has also installed the following files in the root C:\

grokb.html
grokm.html
iexbeta.jpg
unins000.dat
unins000.exe

I guess I should really just stick to tFC-Refo Search as it is functioning just fine...
