So innocent people who get killed in cross-fire between gang members in the USA, it is their fault they live in those neighborhoods. Fact is some people do not have a chioce. They are poor and have no where else to go. blame the victim and not the Shooters???
You think they want to get killed? How about shop owners in bad areas, it is they own fault they get robbed?
